The primary focus of The Phoenix Group is the Sale and Work-out resolution of Phoenix Apartment Complexes.  The principals and affiliates of The Phoenix Group have many years experience in selling apartment complexes in both high markets, transition markets and down markets.  This experience includes portfolio management and disposition of complexes as well as extensive sale experience of differing asset types. 

The Phoenix Group currently is enjoying unique success in specialized “work-out” strategies.

One particular specialty is Master Metered projects of smaller studio/one bedroom complexes, and general Master Metered projects as well as B and C projects in transitioning neighborhoods.  Results oriented sales programs have consistently resulted in the sale of difficult projects at prices exceeding traditional valuation methods.  The is rooted in detailed understanding of these projects and the corresponding ability to sell the profitable opportunities.

In addition to difficult projects, the agents and principals have also successfully closed “A” property at prices, which at times, pushed unit prices to new highs in cost per unit.
