Jackie Allen

With over 14 years of local market experience in commercial real estate, Jackie Allen serves as a senior advisor for The Phoenix Group, specializing in the sale and acquisition of multifamily property in Maricopa County, Arizona. Jackie has brokered hundreds of transactions while gaining expertise in the sale and purchase of multifamily, 1031 exchanges, property rehabilitations, and property management. Her ability to negotiate aggressively has made her an asset to her clients who seek her for both list side and buy side representation.

Prior to transitioning to The Phoenix Group, Jackie began her career with Sperry Van Ness. While there, she served as an advisor to many of its newer agents in evaluating properties and securing a sale. In addition to being an active real estate Broker in Arizona and California, Jackie has also been an active investor for 10 years having owned several properties in her market area. She has earned several awards including top producer, top listing agent and top selling agent.

Jackie is a member of the Phoenix Apartment Association and the Crime Free Multi-Housing Association. She is a certified short sale negotiator.


Sharon Allen

Sharon serves as a Senior Advisor and is an Apartment Sales Specialist for The Phoenix Group. She is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator and brings over 25 years of sales experience in Commercial Real Estate that has included industrial leasing and sales, as well as land development and acquisition. Prior to joining The Phoenix Group she was the Owner/Partner of Allen & Legate Land Brokerage specializing in investments and land sales in the greater Phoenix area.

Sharon is focused on providing exceptional service with an emphasis on successfully meeting the objectives of both Buyer and Seller. She offers free consultation to her clients providing accurate rental and sales market data and comprehensive investment analysis of properties. Sharon is knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction and retains long-term relationships with clients and the brokerage community. She has been successful in negotiating 1031 exchanges, short sales and providing accurate and detailed Brokers Opinion of Value letters to lenders.

Sharon began her career with CB Richard Ellis and was the sixth woman in the nation to be awarded title of Senior Sales Consultant based upon sales performance within a specified period of time.


William S. Osterman

Bill brings to his clients more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate sales, evaluation and lending and a thorough knowledge of many major US markets particularly on the West Coast.

In 1985, Bill and his partner formed a mortgage brokerage and real estate sales company, Lincoln & Osterman and then in 1990, his company began assisting commercial banks in Kansas City, MO with work out strategies later joining Midland Loan Services in 1992 as Portfolio Manager charged with the resolution of over 400 distressed assets acquired in connection with the RTC Multiple Investor Fund disposition. Bill’s workout knowledge and contacts are particularly valuable in today’s market with so many of the transactions arising from lender owned and otherwise distressed notes and properties.

Subsequent to the acquisition of Midland Loan Services by PNC Bank, in 1997, Bill became a regional director in CMBS lending. In 1999, he left PNC Real Estate Finance and re-entered the real estate mortgage and real estate brokerage business in Scottsdale, AZ.


David M. Barnard

With over 22 years of experience in real estate, David offers his clients a wealth of broker, developer and investor experience. Since David’s entry into the Phoenix real estate market in 1987, he has consistently ranked as one of the top local brokers selling large apartment communities in single and multiple property portfolios.

In the early 1990’s David represented many lending institutions with distressed properties as well as acting as exclusive broker on numerous RTC transactions. David is no stranger to bond and other forms of municipal financing, and was a principal player in the IDB market in the early 2000’s.

David has in depth knowledge of the multi-family market in both Arizona and Colorado and is not only a broker but has developed many apartments and RV and self storage facilities for his own account over the years. David is well known in the Phoenix apartment community and his familiarity with owners, management companies, and lenders makes him one of the most current brokers in the market.
